Their aim is to strengthen the understanding of complex business, team management, and policy issues. They strive to build a team of future leaders focusing on process efficiency and innovation.

In 2003, I started The Catalysts Group, driven by a conviction that Indian sugar mills, distilleries, and breweries deserved better process solutions than those available to them.

As the Managing Director of The Catalysts Group, I have focused on building a company that helps sugar mills, distilleries, ethanol plants and breweries solve process-level challenges that directly impact yield, recovery, fermentation efficiency and profitability.
